The curvilinear drafting system of 3 over 3 with pressure bar is suitable for 
cotton, cotton type fibre and midfibre and their blends  of 22-76mm.All kinds of 
silver processed by this machine can be high quality after the last passage, the 
gear box of driving system is fully-enclosed oil bath.Rocking the handle of the 
drive chaging gear in the head stock can adjust draft range,which is convenient 
and reliable.

The new construction for spring loading is adopted to improve stability
and reliability.The new construction design of silver creel is nice in 
appearance and convenient in operation. The tension can be regulated 
according to different spinning requirements.The electric system is controlled 
by PLC to facilitate maintenance and improve reliability of the controlling system. 
Inverter and touch-screen are optional to make operation easier.
